  Safelite has turned what should have been a straightforward windshield replacement into a three-week nightmare. They told me I’d get a $45 refund because they couldn’t complete the rain-repellent treatment — and somehow, that tiny refund has turned into an endless, time-wasting circus. Not a single person has reached out with an update. Not one. Instead, every time I call, I get thrown on hold forever, dumped into voicemail, or transferred to someone who has absolutely no idea what’s going on. I’ve talked to multiple employees, and the level of confusion is honestly shocking. The store claims it’s corporate’s fault, corporate supposedly can’t do anything, and the entire company seems incapable of processing a basic refund that should take 30 seconds. If this is how they handle $45, I can’t imagine how badly they’d fumble anything important. The incompetence, miscommunication, and complete lack of accountability is next-level disappointing. I’m tired of chasing them down over something so simple, and the fact that nobody takes ownership of anything is embarrassing for a company of this size. Save yourself the headache. Go literally anywhere else.

  As a jeep owner, I go through a windshield at least every two years. Always love Safelite. Easy to schedule and they can do a jeep windshield in about minutes. Also use them for my other vehicles, and have never had a problem.

Due to the vehicle’s advanced sensor system, calibration proved more complex than expected, resulting in a wait time of approximately six hours. Despite the delay, the service I received was exceptional. Manager Zack went above and beyond to provide a thorough explanation of the technical challenges involved. To minimize inconvenience, he arranged for a driver to pick up the vehicle and ensured it was returned later that afternoon. The test-driver was courteous and even left a full can of window cleaner as a thoughtful gesture. The professionalism, transparency, and genuine care demonstrated by Zack and the Safelite team far exceeded my expectations. I am deeply grateful for their commitment to customer satisfaction.   Rich did a great job replacing the windshield of my old Lexus. He was very communicative, and let me know exactly what to expect. It's so nice to have a windshield without a huge crack running through it.

  Hands down best customer service experience on the planet! This is the second time I have used Safelite for windshield repair. This entire experience (and the last) was a model for what great customer service should be. I spoke to a real, live person by phone to schedule the appointment on Thursday. Appointment scheduled for today, Saturday. Charles the tech called me and gave me a smaller time window and then texted me when he was 20 minutes out. Charles is a very friendly fella, 22 years of experience, perfect repair, and a reasonable price. Anything window related I would never, ever go anywhere else. Thanks!
