- APAnthony Puca3 days ago2.0The Safelite calibration tool used to generate their "certificate of successful calibration" is a joke! immediately after the tech left, we started the vehicle and the camera in the windshield is inoperative. This make the Lane Keeping Assistance, Self Driving, and Auto-high beams of the 2021 BMW X6 not functional. Make sure to restart the vehicle several times before letting the tech go to their next appointment. It takes Safelite another week to get out to redo. The tech was professional, fast, clean, and informative. Their tools are the problem. When this was done by the BMW dealership last time, we did not have this issue.
