Cam and the crew have done multiple cars for me now. 23 McLaren GT full body PPF And a 2019 Challenger Hellcat Red Eye full PPF and I cannot be happier with the experience, communication and quality of work. I won’t take my cars anywhere else.

Had 2 very small chips in my windshield. Came here and had them filled, was like $70 which whatever, everything is expensive now. But the issue I have is that BOTH of the chips did not deal properly and have just continued to crack. Waste of time and money. A really simple job that I have never had done in complete before by anyone else.

Last week Advance Industries replaced the windshield in my BMW X3. This was my first time using them. They did a fantastic job and the price was better than other quotes I received. This was important because I paid "out-of-pocket" for the windshield replacement. Also, the "head-up" display is now clearer and more defined than on the previous aftermarket windshield in the vehicle when I bought it. This would indicate Advance Industries uses very good OEM-quality glass. I will definitely use Advance Industries again when necessary and would recommend them to anyone needing auto glass replacement or repair services.

I’ve used these guys a few times and have been pretty happy until I learned that they broke the tabs/clips on my hood vents to get them out when they went to put the clear mask/bra protection on full hood. Now every time you pop it and release lever to open hood you can literally hear all the broken clips/tabs rolling down within the inside of hood. When they discovered that they needed to break the clips all they had to do was call me and ask, I probably would have just done a partial wrap hence they probably knew that and didn’t want to lose money so they took upon themselves to do what they thought I wouldn’t know about.

I brought my brand new truck (about $100k after they were done with it) to them for PPF after a seperate company lifted my truck and put new rims and tires with an offset that caused the tires to stick out an inch or two. I knew from a prior lifted truck with a similar offset that it would not take long to sand blast the rockers fenders etc, so I saw Advances had great reviews and contacted them. The owner was the first person I spoke with. He was super friendly and helped get me scheduled. He told me to wait for his best PPF tech, which put me out a couple weeks. It sucked having a brand new truck, freshly lifted just sitting around not drivable for a couple weeks, but I waited. It came time for my appointment. They were supposed to do the entire front of the truck and all of the sides. They took a day to do the work. I picked up the truck and it looked nice, but there were areas I saw that were bubbles and edges that were lifting. I mentioned this to the owner and he told me I just nees to push down the edges, but not to touch anything outside of edges lifting and that all the little bubbles would go away ( I knew better because of prior vehicles getting PPFed) than that, but I didnt want to argue. I ended up driving home and was able to get a good look st my truck in the sun and thats when I noticed most of the sides didnt have PPF on them. They only did the fender pieces. I called them back and was told that I didnt pay for everything I wanted. I then talked to the owner again and explained to him that I wanted the entire sides of my truck protected. I ended up scheduling my truck to get finished and had to wait another couple of weeks to get back in. Back to waiting to drive my truck because I didnt want to put rock chips in the side of my truck. Next appointment arrives. They do the work. It takes another day or two. While they were working on it, I got a call saying my truck was covered in something and that they will need to charge me for a ceramic service. I founs out that they only did a ceramic service on the parts they ppfed when it was there the first time....When I go pick my truck up, I attempted to do a more thorough walk thru to ensure everything was good before I left. It was not. There were more overlapping pieces, stuff that was supposed to get fixed from the first job wasnt touched. There was also a nice little white scuff on my driver side rocker. I asked the girl at the front desk to come look at all the flaws, so I had record of it before I left their lot. She said she noted it all and would have someone reach out to me when they were available. I asked her if she had photos of my truck when I brought it in to see if it had a scuff. She said yes and pulled up a picure of the scuff and you can clearly see my vehicle was in their bay already and it was the only picture they had of it and zoomed to just the scuff lol. I didn't argue with her and just said, I expect whoever did it to just man up and be honest, thats all I wanted. I got a call from the owner. He told me stuff needs to settle and that he wasnt away there were other things that needed to be fixed and that I would need to get back on the schedule to get it fixed. He told me to text him pictures. When I mentioned the scuff, he said it was like that when it came in. Even if it was like that before I came in, they would have done it the last time it was in because I didnt drive it lol. Anyway, I sent him pictures and he basically said, I cant tell what any of that is. Then said, I guess I can see one one photo there is a little whatever. When I attempted to ask when I could get scheduled, he stopped responding. I was going to write a lot more, but Google won't let me. They scratched my other truck doing a windshield replacement. To summarize...Ive spent a lot of money with them ($10k - $15k) there work is ok, their sales customer service is top notch (when they are making money), but when it comes to non revenue services (fixing shotty work) its almost non existent. Numerous attempts to get my truck fixed and I gave up.
