- CTClara Tomlin3 days ago1.0We paid this shop to do work on our motorhome, and that work failed and left us stranded on the side of the road in Texas in the middle of the night. We then had to pay $900 to have another shop fix the exact work we had already paid this business to do. When we contacted them about a refund, they talked us into bringing the motorhome back so they could “inspect it, fix it, and issue a credit.” Instead, we are now being told we owe over $1,000 more in storage fees for one week and other added charges. This situation has gone from bad workmanship to extremely unprofessional and unacceptable business practices. At no point were these storage fees clearly disclosed or agreed upon, and attempting to charge us after the fact feels predatory. Between the original failed repair, being stranded overnight, the $900 out-of-pocket repair elsewhere, and now being held financially hostage with additional fees, this has been one of the worst service experiences we’ve ever had. I would not trust this business with any vehicle and will never support or recommend them again.

Casey went above and beyond letting me park my trailer on his personal property overnight. They moved their calendar around knowing I was in a jam. John is an excellent mechanic and these folks are HONEST. A credit to the Hayden community, what great people, what a great town.

Today he was able to get me in and out in less than 15 minutes. Always greeted with a smile and his professionalism and knowledge is second to none. Highly recommend Ryan for your tire repair or replacement. Competitive pricing compared to the shops in Steamboat!
