They include photographs of areas they’re inspecting and have you sign off on the cost of a repair before moving forward. One example of the integrity they live by is when they had installed a faulty part which triggered the check engine light after I drove it for a day. I had just bought this car and they kinda knew I had a rough journey with it and happily replaced the part again without charging us a second time. It’s a relief to know there are caring business owners running wholesome auto shops. (unfortunately, a rarity these days.)
