    So I'm at camping world parts, waiting to be helped. The person at the parts counter quickly determined it wasn't HIS job to help me and has notified someone who will be out in a few minutes. How long should I wait? UPDATE: Well, I waited about 8 minutes for a person to come out who was only prepared to take my info and have someone get back to me. The employees here aren't trained to be helpful.

    I was having a concern about my weight distribution system so I called. They said I could come by and they would check it. Turned out to be nothing but they recommended I put on a power jack to help with hook up. All good so far. They said it would be about $420 with labor so I said let's do it. It took the tech about 15 minutes after they got the new jack from their other store. Still good. Then I got my bill. They added a $9.21 Environmental fee. When I asked what that was for they said for disposal of the old parts. I said I took the parts . Then they said it is on all services regardless if there are no disposal parts. After I left I saw another charge: $39.80 for shop supplies. I was there during the entire installation and the only additional supply was a six foot single strand wire because the jack wire was too short to reach my battery. Add a joint clamp and you should not expect more than about $6.00. I appreciate the quick service and I feel I paid a decent price for labor. I just don't appreciate the extra charges.

    Great service! I was running late to pick up my camper and the service manager made arrangements so I could get it after hours. I went from stressed to relieved in a matter of seconds.

    Customer service is below decent. You can never get ahold of anyone. In the event that you do talk to someone, they don't know anything and then they tell you they'll call you back but won't. I've called several times in the past several months to schedule a winterization for my rv and I've gotten 2 phone calls back and have yet to actually talk to someone for scheduling.
