- LFLaura FieldsOct 29, 20255.0Went to this location to look at a travel trailer that we had seen online. Called with a few questions and headed down. Haley was our sales rep, she was amazing. She answered all our questions, if she wasn't positive of the answer she would immediately get a positive answer. She was thoughtful, knowledgeable, and an all around good person. We also have to shout out to Stephen, the GM , he helped make a great deal turn into an amazing deal. Everyone we came into contact with at this store from sales to finance to parts to service was amazing. You can tell that this store is run with the customer in mind. Not once were we felt pressured. I would recommend this store for any of your camping needs, and don't forget to ask for Haley! She will take care of you!

Sean, the service manager, somehow worked us into their busy schedule. Not only did they fix the problem (amazing technician!), but they also checked all of the electrical systems in our RV and took the time to educate us on how to avoid this kind of situation in the future. Bottom line—they really helped us out when we were in a bind and a long way from home. On top of that, their pricing was more than fair. I more than highly recommend this service department for any RV needs!

They took care of me, ensuring that my experience from the other location was heard and that they could do the best they could to make up for it. This included cancelling my transaction in Longmont and getting my deposit back for use with them, a better finance rate and more knowledgeable staff who did not try to upsell me on everything, seemed transparent and honest. Hailey was great to work with and happy. They even helped maintain my travel plans with a super quick turnaround on my trailer. They went above and deserve the business.
