Awesome experience overall. It was great to work with a female as a female. I received a report back around the diagnostics of my car that included photos and a rating of how urgent vs. not the findings were. Once I chose what I wanted to go through with, I was given another document clarifying the costs. I appreciated the honesty, transparency and “realness” I felt working with them. Highly recommend.

Honest, trustworthy and fair. I trusted this shop 8 years ago with my daughter while she was going to CSU. They always treated her with respect and never tried to upsell her anything! So, when I moved here I naturally went to them for my car needs. Never will I go anywhere else!

I had called a few days before my appointment to get a quote, and when I came in, they jacked up the price for no reason. They also called me during my tire change to insist that I get new tire pressure gauges (saying that it was very important and I didn't have a lot of time to make the decision), which came out to over $250. I wouldn't have gotten them if they hadn't told me it would be over $100 extra to get them replaced later. I felt like they took advantage of my not knowing a lot about cars; they weren't very clear about the reasons for pricing, and everything was very expensive. I did not love my experience here, and I will not be coming back.

Amazing! First time using McCormick and from the first conversation with Kayla she was thoughtful, patience and professional! She asked questions to understand the situation and accommodated my family! Many thinga were wrong with the vehicle. She was very open and honest about what needed to be fixed to get the car on the road!
This is a honest and do right by the customer business. I would recommend them to anybody who lives in Fort Collins… and definitely will return for additional repairs.
Thank you Kayla-

This shop grossly overprices and misdiagnoses. I brought my truck in to check out a rattle under the hood and they quoted me $3k to rebuild the differential…which is located in the rear of my 2 wheel drive model. They also quoted me over 8k worth of “issues”. Then when I took my truck to my parents’ regular shop in Loveland they diagnosed the issues quickly under the hood as a loose windshield fluid container and now the noise is gone completely. The other shop also told me that if it truly was a differential issue I’d be able to feel it as a vibration from the backend when driving. Would not recommend this shop at all - it’s a scam.
