I have never spent my time leaving a negative review but the customer support was utterly shocking. Getting into the garage with my barcode was easy! BUT leaving was a whole different issue. I scanned the code and it said I owed $2, who cares, I tried to pay 11 times 3 different cards (all denied). Hit the help line and the call assistant was the most disrespectful attendant in any customer support I have ever worked with. At one point she almost hung up telling us to “figure it out ourselves”. I don't care about paying extra I just wanted out of the parking structure!! I would like to understand why she was so snippy, disrespectful, and impatient while simply trying to solve a simple problem.
