  SCAM PARKINGLOT -- After you pay $20 and leave, they will still mail you a "violation" charge of $70 three weeks later. Be sure to save your receipt for three weeks. If you don't save your receipt for three weeks, you won't be able to prove that you already paid. (when the $70 mail charge comes) This is a shady scam scheme. I will be reporting this shady business practice to the City.

  We parked here to walk around with some family visiting from out of the country. We paid and put the receipt on the dash. 2 months later they have sent us a bill for $68 that says we didn’t pay. We have proof from our credit card and will be sending them a letter. This is a scam and should be illegal. With the amount of others this happened to, they should be taken to court!

  Absolutely a scam. Wish I had read reviews before I parked here. I paid at the kiosk and even put the ticket on the dash. I was there less than an hour. 4 mths later, they send me a citation in the mail claiming I didn’t pay. That’s absurd. If I hadn’t paid, you would have ticketed me then or booted my car. I paid and now they’re demanding that I provide my receipt showing I paid...FOUR MONTHS ago while on vacation! I paid and I know I paid because I had to go back to the car to get the license plate number! They’re FOS and can KTBPOMA! Good luck.
