It seemed like the people ahead of us at the entrance had a lot of problems with the kiosk with their pay-ahead reservation code. Not sure if it was them or the reservation. And I think that the garage needs to be better labeled with signage about where the elevator/pedestrian exit is.

I always found to to be clean, safe and their office staff was always friendly, helpful and accommodating, especially Kira, Anabel and Nayeli. While I no longer work daily in the downtown area, I still use the garage when I am down there on occasion. I appreciate their convenient location, and ease of use. Thanks for making my work days easier.
