  This parking garage is a scam operation. No obvious ticket issuance or payment protocol. Exit gates open with no requirement for payment, I thought it was an amenity of onsite merchants. A violation sent 3 months later. I am planning to contest or not pay violation, I'll pay whatever was owed for actual parking, but wasn't provided a method to pay at the time so how could I have done so on the location?

  I attempted to pay for park repeatedly on 11/16/ @ 7pm using multiple credit cards along 3 other people. I took pictures of the screen which indicated it was meter P1 and it kept saying error reading card. After trying for about 15 minutes I let someone else try who it also failed for same reason. I took pictures of the 2 different signs so I could pay but one has a disconnected phone and the other did not have a way to pay. After reading reviews it seems this has been going on for 2 years. Basically not allow payment at lot and send a citation for $40 after this depute period is over. I tried to capture error but it does not stay on screen long enough so last 2 attempts in images. We were late for the show we were going to because of this. I called the numbers to and left a voicemail. If no one reaches out to resolve by 11/20/24 I will post again and explore how to report this as fraud. I called Del Friscos and talked to the manager who told me they take care of parking but you have to give them your license plate number. He said he could take care of it with the company and bring it up in the next mangers meeting.

  Who would have a parking garage with no signage saying they will have the doors open, but to pay. Either have signs or close the doors for payment. Got a $40 charge months later. There’s many more decent parking locations in Denver than this one(:

  We dint find any payment kiosk and imagined that it was free beyond the working hours. We got charged 40$ almost 2 months later for 30 minutes of parking.

  Oh my god. Please make sure you guys pay for the parking ticket before you leave the garage. I got charged 2 months later. The exit was wide open so it could be really easy to ignore the payment and go.
