- JMJenn M6 days ago1.0Paid my bill and they still tried charging me more money n late fees .Had to argue with the lady cause she was not helpful or didnt want to hear me out. Cause I paid my fees already. I requested a manager n dhe gave excuses not to provide a manager on the phone. Beware to everyone tgst uses that uses their garages ! I didn't even want to give them a 1 star cause they font deserve that!
- SWShane WillingSep 19, 20251.0PARK SOMEWHERE ELSE!!I am an IT tech i came for about 1.5 hr and had to return to the warehouse for parts and stayed about 2 hours the second visit charged a total of $44 nearly 2 full day rates. The second charge was equal to the day rate. I was charged twice and Jay G at customer Service refused to adjust it to the day rate of $26 for greed reasons. Park somewhere else!
