I am in fact considering breaking my lease due to the incompetence of this organization. I’m shelling out $450 a month to this organization to park two cars and literally cannot ever get in or out of the garage. Additionally, their guest parking is absolutely ridiculous. They let you out of the garage and open the gate knowing the toll was not paid but will send you a ticket for $70 for each time a few months later. I already pay $4300 in rent. This companies technology is absolutely pathetic. So the license plates on the $450 I’m paying in monthly parking can’t be read to allow me in and out of the garage but the license plate of my guests sure can be right?
