If, heaven forbid, life happens, and you leave the garage 9 minutes late, they will send you a ticket for $102, and when you try to fight it, they won't waive it. Be aware that you are also unable to extend parking if booking through SpotHero or pay an additional fee upon exit if you exceed your reservation time. Also, the garage looks like a dilapidated crack house - frequent graffiti & vandalism, drug addicts sneaking in to shoot up...not great!
- TPTim PavlisOct 5, 20221.0BEWARE! This lot is a scam. They offer only 1 hour for $5; otherwise you have to pay the day rate of $18 (yep, your second hour of a 2 hr parking would cost $13). None of this is disclosed on signage; I suspect it's intentional. I went 17 min over an hour and got a threatening notice demanding $68. When I complained to their local vendor (Clancy Systems Inc.) they first cursed me out, then agreed to accept $5 for my second hour. If you get such a notice, fight it! They are a rip-off, and the City of Denver should be ashamed to let them operate
