  Never had a problem parking here but I just pay for it when I leave. It’s only $3 if you get your parking validated at rock bottom. Or $6 if you don’t. That was on a Friday night while going to comedy works.

  DO NOT do the online payment for parking here! The first time I did it on my cell phone, they did not send me an email. I did it again and got an email. However, the QR code did not work and it printed a ticket. I called and they said they would cancel the 1st $6.00 charge. They didn't. Upon leaving the next day, I put the ticket in and it charged me $12.00. I called and they said they would take care of it. NOT! I mailed them the receipts to get credited $12. After leaving several messages they still haven't resolved it. How many other people have gone through this?

  Tried using third party parking app (which I have had no issues using at 3 separate parking garages in Denver) and had issues using QR code while exiting. QR scanner told me to call for "help." Pressed #1 and got anything but "help." I was hung up on twice. Received comparison that what I was doing was like buying something from target and trying to return it to Walmart... which I would have preferred to do than talk to the "help" line. The actual parking garage is very nice and they have squeegees to clean your windows. If that is something you prefer to do below ground level. If you go here just hope you don't have to dial #1 on the kiosk.

  The worst parking garage of downtown Denver! The spaces are so small if a car parks next to you...good luck getting in your car! Being 8 months pregnant and trying to squeeze into your own car is not the best way to end your work day.
