  Well, I am normally happy with this car wash, today’s visit had a lot left to be desired. I recently went in to get a car wash and I paid for the most expensive car wash which was $25. When I got into the car wash, they sprayed down my car and the machine proceeded to pull me through. That said when I got to be vacuumed the entire front end of my car was still extremely dirty. The rest of my car was fine, but the front end was not clean at all. And unfortunately, I had to use the class to clean up with the machine. I feel if I’m going to pay $25 then my car should come out completely!

  I recently went through the car wash and thought I had some damage to my truck. I brought my concerns to Nona, who was incredibly helpful. He looked at my truck and realized a piece of a brush had broken off, making it look like a piece of rubber trim had been ripped off of my truck. Nona worked with me and filed a claim while I told him I was going to take my truck to the dealership to confirm his thought. The dealership confirmed it was not a piece of trim and that it was a piece of a brush. Thank you to Nona! Without his great work, a claim would have been filed and completed and I would have cancelled my membership. I truly appreciate how he handled the situation and followed up with me when I went back to the car wash. Great job, Nona!
