- OHolivia hoodOct 31, 20251.0I’m really disappointed with the service I received here. Just a few days after getting an oil change, I discovered that my radiator had no coolant at all. On my service receipt, it said that my coolant level was checked and marked as “good,” but that clearly wasn’t the case. Soon after, I found out my radiator was leaking and had to get it replaced. Not to mention I called for a quote and was charged way more then quoted over the phone at checkout with zero transparency throughout the whole process. If they had actually checked my coolant level like they claimed, this issue could have been caught early and saved me a lot of money and hassle.
