I got the express interior and the wash above basic, the wash was fine but wasn't too impressed with the interior cleaning I understand it's express so I didn't expect a professional detail. However my windshield was extremely streaky and lots of places didn't even get a quick wipe. Overall though it's a decent value for the cost and the people were fantastic.
- RBR B5 days ago1.0Wanted to like this car wash but unfortunately it ripped the 3rd brake light off my cadillac escalade and shattered it to pieces. when the employees picked up all the broken pieces and took my information, said they would be back in touch within three days. Its been over a week and have had no contact. with the light missing, water can now enter the interior causing more damage. Would not bring your vehicle here unless your ok with the wash possibly damaging it with no accountability. Also the employees at the time said they've never seen that happened there. But going through these reviews it sounds like I'm not the only one its happened to

We also brought my hubby’s truck in for a pay-as-you-go wash & interior clean. Very happy with the service! My only complaint is the “towels” provided for drying off your own vehicle are very cheap and don’t work well at all. Definitely should provide clean microfiber cloths outside by the vacuums like SuperStar uses.

My car came out looking immaculate. Inside and out it genuinely felt like a fresh detail job, not just a quick wash. Everything from the shine on the exterior to the cleanliness of the interior was noticeably next-level. On top of that, Jessie and Vania were absolutely incredible. Their customer service was warm, helpful, and genuinely kind. They made the whole experience feel welcoming and easy, like you’re a regular even if it’s your first time there. Fast, high-quality, friendly, and consistently impressive. This place has officially ruined every other car wash for me, in the best way. Highly recommend.

I have a dog who sheds so very much in the back of my car, but the kind folks as Tommy’s do a phenomenal job of cleaning up and helping me keep the dog hair under control. The staff is also phenomenal and kind, in particular Vania, who always greets me with a giant smile and a friendly wave. Thanks Tommy’s!
