    SUBSCRIPTION SCAM, STAY AWAY. THE WHOLE BUSINESS MODEL IS DESIGNED TO LOCK YOU INTO A SUBSCRIPTION THAT IS DIFFICULT TO CANCEL. Car wash itself is exceptionally mediocre but it’s fine for an automated place. The issue is their subscription BS. Canceling your subscription REQUIRES multiple forms that you must fill out manually online. That includes your RFID number, which you can only get by submitting a separate form to them (THEY DO NOT RESPOND). Or you can call their fully automated customer service system that is designed to keep you in a loop and you won’t get through to anyone. Chargebacks are your only real recourse. STAY FAR AWAY

    Its all a self service.. I wasn't sure was I was supposed to do with their being no employee in sight.... finally an employee came around the corner, looks like their was only one employee? So, they were doing everything. On top of that I tried 3 diffrent vaccums... none of them worked. Its a dump. Go elsewhere.

    Vacuums were down for a couple of weeks and now only about half of them work. They were also down to one lane to let cars in over the weekend and with one attendant on site, the line took me 15 minutes to get through. I am considering changing where I get my car washed regularly as these problems seem to be increasing in consistency.
