I wanted lotto tickets so he asked for my id, which I'm 50 years old but ok, fine, that's his job. So I walk back to my car for my id and when I returned, he opened his water bottle and started chugging his drink looking at me. I stood there watching him drink for a full minute it seemed before he decided to come back and help me. He was polite enough but his customer service skills are severely lacking. His priority was himself, not customers. Tall, skinny white guy with glasses. Thoroughly aggravated with him.
