I don’t know how, but my back passenger wheel came out curbed and it wasn’t prior to washing it here. I’m a body shop tech, so I can fix it but it’s not about the money or the time. It’s the fact that it it happened. Which I get is a risk with automatic washes but I’ve had significantly better experiences at other washes and nothing like this happen. I’m just disappointed and won’t be back to quick quack ever again.

After giving us instructions to come forward he started yelling stop even though my car was in neutral. Please do yourself a favor and visit another location or use another company since they don’t seem to care about your vehicle.
