- AAAliciaOct 10, 20251.0Unfortunately I took my car to get washed here and my tail light was taken off by the dryer being so strong. I spoke with the staff who were very kind and cooperative with me. I was told I would hear back with in 2-3 business days. On day 4 I initiated a call as I hadn’t heard back. On day 5 I received an email from Jim Heller the store leader of this location. The email stated “As our policy states on signage just before entering the wash, we are not responsible for damage to vehicles that are 5+ years old.” For this reason I do not recommend bringing your vehicle here to be washed if it’s over 5 years of age. If the machine damages your vehicle you will not be covered. Sad really as my tail light would cost a multi billion dollar company $50 to replace it but they feel due to the age of the car that they shouldn’t. I’ll pay the $50 no problem just wanted to see if they would be honest and respectable doing the right thing replacing the light. Oh well, simple cooperate America taking the people’s money. 🤷🏽♀️
