  I go this gas station all the time going Denver. But this particular day, my husband and I went as normal. He wanted a warm chicken sandwich so he went to the hot station to see if they had any left and see his other options. The cashier stared at him like she was annoyed. Then she hollered at him and said you pay over here. He acknowledged and asked me if I wanted anything. Before I said anything, she hollered again you gotta pay over here. He said he understood. Then she said it again. I left before I said anything. I understand cashiering is hard, you deal with all kinds of people with all different personalities. But when this lady with lases bigger than her head started beong rude because she let her bad day get to her, i simply stopped going. 4 stars because I had no problems before till I ran into her

  Beware they tow and ticket you for dropped trailers. I dropped my trailer so I could go do laundry, soon as I pulled back into the parking lot an employee flagged me down and said they cancelled the tow because they saw me coming back to my trailer. I’ve never dealt with anything like this until now. Been using Pilot/Flying J for years now idk if I will again or not.

  Enjoyed our stay during our reset. Friendly staff, clean restrooms, showers, and parking lot. The wireless internet feels like it's being jamed, supper slow speed. Even got a few notifications of no network on my Verizon plan. Mostly prime or reserved parking. Few free parking spots.

  One of the most stupid Pilot in the USA. If you’re planning to take a shower here, be prepared to wait for hours even if you’re next in line. It took them over five years to realize that the paid truck parking spots were in the most hard-to-reach area and finally move them to a more convenient zone.

  !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! On 10/24/2025 between 5:00–6:00 PM, the parking lot was completely empty. I was sitting inside my truck for only about 5–10 minutes in the reserved parking area when an employee driving a garbage truck came over and told me I couldn’t stay there. He said if I stayed more than 5 minutes, he would call the police and have my truck towed. I politely told him I was about to leave and asked if I could stay for another 20–30 minutes since the lot was empty. He started yelling at me instead of listening. Then he asked how many years I’ve been driving trucks — which is none of his business — and shouted that he’s been working for Pilot Travel Center for 15 years. That’s not an excuse to disrespect customers. He refused to listen to me, took pictures of my truck without permission, and called someone to report my license plate and company information. I didn’t even understand what was happening — all of this just because I wanted to stay a few extra minutes. I will never come to this Pilot again. I fueled over 300 gallons here, and I truly regret it. Because of this rude and aggressive employee, this location lost a loyal truck driver customer. Pilot management should replace angry and disrespectful workers with people who treat drivers politely. We deserve to be treated with respect.
