  Do NOT use this parking lot!!! After my birthday dinner, we found ourselves trapped in the SP+ parking lot for an extensive amount of time. With only a few vehicles ahead of us we waited for over 45 minutes to leave due to equipment issues. One machine being completely out of service and the other not being able to read credit cards or debit cards properly. No one showed up to attempt to resolve issues until far after 30 minutes, even then the employee struggled to resolve issue. After machine was finally up and running my husband received and apology and was let out with no charge for inconveince. I was 3 vehicles behind my husband and was charged the $12 fee even though I shared same inconveint experience. The next day, I contacted Facility Manager Jonathan to request a refund and possibly a sincere apology. After providing Jonathan with requested material for refund, I was still denied. So not only was I not provided a refund for inconvenience but I was also mistreated and mocked by employee Amanda when I called back to ask why I was denied. Amanda seemed to have no training with escalated calls and only made matters worse. Plus she was in the presence of her manager while speaking to me in this tone. She was the most unpleasant employee, she interrupted and dismissed all of my concerns. I could not speak to Amanda any longer since her only intention was to make my experience with SP+ worse. The call was quite literally handed off to manager Jonathan. But I could still hear her in the background making unpleasant remarks. For a manager to allow his employee to treat customers this way is simply inappropriate. I requested a refund to make up for time and plans I missed out on due to the lack of their services. If I had the ability to select 0 stars, I would. Amanda did state in the call that this is a common experience and their other parking lots have had similar experiences. If I were you I would find a parking meter spot or a non SP+ lot to avoid unreliable equipment and systems issues that can potentially intervene with your schedule. I hope this review will help others avoid the experiences my family had.
