My husband is sick and specifically asked for it, but I had no idea what I was looking for. Lily went above and beyond to help me — she walked me through the store, checked on her device, and even told me where I could find it (Walgreens!). Even though her store didn’t have it, she still made sure I got the help I needed. Thank you, Lily, for your kindness and excellent customer service! 🌟
