  Guys were great and respectful. But I’d prefer a couple things 1. Be allowed to go I got the waiting room. Having customers make the decision to do other work like replace filters and other services is a bit intimidating or pull into the bay is not ideal. Idk if my wife could drive up on the ramp. 2. Not accepting cash anymore is incredibly inconvenient if you don’t have a debit or credit card on you. Or if you didn’t want to pay with card. Cash is still king so it should still be an option. If not there needs to be large bright signs that say “cash is not accepted here”. 3. I’d much prefer to have a physical print out of the services and price from the shop and not have to give my email address out in order to have the invoice printed. That’s just another way companies are going to spam and “advertise” to us in an already saturated environment. I like to put my print outs into a folder when I get home. Now I have to give out more info than what’s already given and be spammed just to be able to print my invoice. But not using cash is most likely the reason I will now stop going to JL. 😔

  I just had a fantastic experience getting my oil changed and tires rotated at Jiffy Lube. From the moment I pulled in, the team was incredibly professional, fast, and friendly. ​The service advisor clearly explained the different oil options and answered all my questions without any pressure. The technicians worked with impressive efficiency, and the entire process was completed much quicker than I anticipated. They even performed the tire rotation perfectly, and my car feels noticeably smoother on the road now. ​I really appreciated the thorough inspection they conducted, pointing out a couple of minor things I should keep an eye on, but again, with zero hard-sell tactics. The waiting area was clean, and the staff made sure I was comfortable the whole time. ​If you're looking for quick, high-quality, and honest auto maintenance, this is the place to go! I highly recommend this Jiffy Lube location and will definitely be returning for my future service needs.

  I stopped by because my engine light came on. They checked everything, topped it off, and I’m back in business. They also recommended getting the spark plugs checked—it might be causing the engine to burn oil faster.

  These guy's are always amazing. I have taken my 83 year old parents to this location to get their oil changed, got new breaks, and today they replace a dead battery. These guys always go above and beyond and NEVER push things on us that we really don't need.

  Constant upcharge pressure tactics. And the kicker, upon post work inspection power steering fluid and oil cap was completely loose and there was some fluid just spread over the engine cover that they didn’t even attempt to clean up prior to final inspection. The receipt didn’t match the work completed. I.E I was charged for front differential but in the remarks section it stated NA. Your team members appeared drunk or hung over, I couldn’t decipher which one is was. I used to like you guys when you had some sort of a standard.
