- JMJason MyersNov 11, 20253.0While they were fast, they did not listen to my requests. I asked that they please don’t fill my washer fluid and they did anyways. With Winter here I use special very low temp fluid, so now I have to drain the entire reservoir. They also didn’t listen to the air pressures I wanted and over filled my tires. Lastly they left a couple streaks of oil in my engine bay. Lastly I purchased premium synthetic oil and there oil change reminder is 3000 miles, not the OEMs 5000 miles for synthetic or synthetic blend. I feel they do that as a way to get those not understanding oils change intervals to come in sooner for non-required service. While there system of calling out each step is good for major errors, it’s the little attention to details that can cost business when you are charging $130 for a full synthetic oil change.

They included some extra services and went above and beyond. In particular, Yasmine, brought to my attention some safety issues that needed to be fixed. I was impressed with the level of customer service, quality, and organization of the facility. They got my vehicle in quickly and were knowledgeable.
