They did not try to up-sale me yet communicated thoroughly about items that may soon need attention with my car. Ironically, my daughter just had a TERRIBLE experience yesterday at Valvoline down the street, so I was super grateful for this Jiffy Lube team's integrity, friendliness, and professionalism. We will certainly be using this location for our future vehicle maintenance.
