My wife and I were extremely pleased with our experience at her Heuberger Subaru. Our sales person Paul, and our financial person Jason, we're both extremely professional and applied no pressure tactics whatsoever. We felt very well informed about the vehicle we were about to purchase and the process we were about to undergo. I would highly recommend Herberger Subaru and these two individuals in particular whenever needing to buy a new Subaru. Chris Becker

Pleasant people, pleasant environment. Heuberger’s commitment to animal advocacy was part of the reason we wanted to deal with them. When we put in our request information on a vehicle the response was quick but we never felt pressured from the initial contact to driving away in our new Forester. Would definitely recommend Heuberger’s. Love Encore class, 10 days after purchase, was unbelievably helpful. All those new gadgets are great when you know how to use them!

The customer service is exceptional but everything else is as you’d expect from a car dealership.
I had a great experience at the dealership the day of my purchase. Everyone I spoke to was communicative and friendly.
But, about a month after I bought my car, I got a flat tire. At the tire shop, they let me know none of my tire sensors were working.
The windshield on my car was cracked when I purchased it, so Heuberger replaced it for free. I have been getting frost on the inside of my windshield all winter. The windshield they supplied me with is broken.
I wonder if there are any other undisclosed issues with my car. I do not trust Heuberger to be honest with the condition of their cars, but that’s pretty much the standard with any car dealership.
I dropped my car off around 12:00 PM for a brake service appointment that I scheduled months in advance (make sure the parts were ordered for brakes to be replaced). When I checked in, I asked about the estimated pickup time and was told it would be ready between 5:00–6:00 PM.
While I was at work, my husband was called around 3:00PM and told the car would not be ready until the next day. I’m not sure why he was contacted, as I confirmed my cell phone number at drop-off and I am the primary contact.
I also asked for an estimate when I dropped the car off for a another service i was interested in, but no estimate was provided and nothing appeared on the invoice.
I purchased my car here and have had other issues as well that I feel warrant a review. Overall, customer service and efficiency within the service department need greater attention.

I'm done with this service center. Three separate occasions have I been trapped here for 4+ hours for routine work I was told would be done in 60 to 90 minutes. I only keep coming back for the "free" oil changes from when I purchased my car, but it's absolutely not worth it anymore.
After making an appointment for an oil change, I was told at check-in (unprompted) that appointments aren't necessary for them, and I should use the express service. Okay, noted. 6 months later, I come in without an appointment and am turned away. They were "getting too busy" and were now requiring appointments for everything including oil changes. 6 months later again, I call to make an appointment and she's on the phone trying to convince me to come in and use the express service without an appointment. So I politely insist on an appointment because of this uneven history. It's a month out for the appointment, but that's fine.
Here I sit in their waiting room, coming up on the 2 hour mark for a simple oil change, no updates.
The staff is friendly, the amenities are fine. But God help you if all you want is a quick, simple oil change. This waiting room is starting to feel like a prison.
