Another mechanic pointed out that my oil filter hadn’t been changed during my last “full” oil change, even though I was charged for it. That’s unacceptable. If I can’t trust them to do the basics, I definitely can’t trust them with anything else. Very disappointed and would not recommend. Driver beware!
