I had a rental booked and there was an issue with the location and he got me into a truck very quickly. When I returned the truck I could tell he really cares about his customers and vehicles. As a person who has rented hundreds of vehicles over the years, its good to know a Enterprise rent a car is close by, that treats their customers very well. I will be returning.
