The vehicle they gave me was absolutely disgusting- cigarette ash everywhere, chips, nuts and French fries. The car was very scratched and dented and I ended up having to call to get a replacement- called within two minutes of leaving the lot. When I called they said I would be getting a smaller car or they can clean the one I got and I requested a new one. When I got there they said they couldn’t give me a different one and they would clean the first one. Well they smoke bombed it and now it smells like citrus and cigarettes. I’m not sure if it’s the fact that it feels like I’m borrowing a car from a messy friend, being pregnant and the disgusting smell or the inconvenience that’s bothers me the most. But after 10 years of renting cars from enterprise this is my worst experience.

Great location. Fantastic customer service! Jordan made sure to tell me about all the beneficial options available to me. He gave me a courtesy call on the day of expected return, just to remind me. He told me what to expect each step of the way. I would definitely use this location again!

This is without a doubt the worst rental experience I've ever had. When I got there, they had zero cars. One came in while I was there, which they vacuumed and gave me the key. There was NO walkaround done, there was fresh tape due to the windshield being replaced (the car came straight from the shop), there's a crack in the tail light, and a missing hubcap. The contract was NOT changed to update the condition of the car, so instead of saying that there was a crack in the tail light or missing hubcap, it spoke of cracks in the windshield, which had just been replaced. I'm going to be very upset if they attempt to hold me liable for things that should have been put into the vehicle condition--especially if there was no walkaround. When I called to have it swapped out, I was told they still had no cars with which to swap, but I'll be "put on her swap out list" for when something is available. The young woman on the phone also said that Enterprise (corporate) doesn't let them replace the hubcap or tail light if it still works. As a concierge (who recommends car rental companies daily), I will not be giving a favorable recommendation for Enterprise. UPDATE: When I finally reached a person at this location (after two 15-minute holds that eventually hung up on me), I was told that Enterprise (corporate) won’t fix the hubcap or the cracked tail light because it doesn’t affect the running of the vehicle. When I followed the url in the response below, it just took me to their corporate site. I attempted to chat but was cut off. I spoke with someone at the airport location and he was fantastic and attempted to make it right… I would HIGHLY recommend the airport branch, just not the folks at 1719 Academy. I happily have my own vehicle back from maintenance, but this was really just a bad experience—with the exception of the airport Enterprise who tried to help.

Well I have rented twice here & my service was phenomenal - The car was Jenky. But it’s a Colorado thing with the construction & warnings constantly- But I stopped by & Alex made it all better - The service is so exceptional - For over 25 yrs I’ve been a loyal Enteprose customer- & I have been treated with the utmost respect - Now here I go praising again & I swear when I do , all Goes to hell , so here’s hoping I don’t regret this 🤷‍♀️😂😂

Whew. Customer service was usually good, aside from not getting calls back — I often had to call again or go up there in person to get attention. I’ve driven three cars from here in less than 20 days. The first two broke almost immediately (first day and then the end of the first week) and I kept being promised upgrades when I came in, but those upgrades never actually happened. The younger blonde guy was extremely helpful, empathetic, and friendly. On the other hand, the dark-haired guy who gave me the last car was the complete opposite — borderline rude and uninterested in answering my questions. When I asked him about the gas situation (since I filled the last car to the brim), he said he would mark the other as empty so I could return it empty. But the car I received only had about a quarter tank, so that didn’t help me at all, I still had to pay another $60 to fill up the next car, and returned it with more gas again. I understand I’m an insurance claim, but the difference in customer care really stood out.
