  Amazing staff! Easy no haggle purchase. I needed a vehicle not on their lot they sent someone, almost immediately to transfer what I wanted from a location an hour away and got me exactly what I wanted. This was the easiest car purchase I have ever made and I got a great price.

  Was looking for a used suv for a few months and had to rent a vehicle at Enterprise Rent-A-Car and the Branch Manager Jaden Boles recommended that I go to Enterprise Car Sales and see Izzy Bledsoe. I rented the 2024 Jeep Compass at Enterprise Rent-A-Car on Tuesday 11/11/25 and called Izzy Bledsoe at Enterprise Car Sales at 5595 N Academy Blvd. here in Cllorado Springs and told her exactly what I was looking for and exactly what I needed. She told me that there was a 2022 Jeep Compass Limited up in Enterprise Car Sales up in Highlands Ranch with 60,000 miles on it and fully loaded with all the features thst I was looking for and then some. She had the suv brought down from.Highlands Ranch on Wednesday 11/12/25 and I went by after work on Wednesday night after work. I thought about it the next few days and then emailed and texted her on Friday telling her that I wanted to purchase the Jeep. She did an awesome job finding me exactly what I wanted and needed in a used suv. It was by far the quickest and easiest purchase of a vehicle that I've ever had. I would definitely recommend Enterprise Car Sales in Colorado Springs to any family members, friends, coworker's and basically anyone that is looking for a great deal on a used vehicle. Thanks for all that you did Izzy Bledsoe and for all of the staff at Enterprise Car Sales.

  I was really hopeful working with both Brittany and Mary. I had been in a car wreck, so I had a rental car from Enterprise. Shortly after I picked up the rental, I received a call from Mary offering assistance in finding a new car. She was super helpful and friendly. She ended up going on vacation, so Brittany took over. During this process, my dad passed away. Both Mary and Brittany new this because we communicated a lot over the phone while he was in the hospital. At one point they even called to check on my dad. This made me feel like I could trust them, that they genuinely cared about my situation.... A couple of days after he passed, I felt like I could handle meeting with them to look at cars. We did find one that I liked, but would need to come back the next day to finalize. Brittany pushed me to sign the paperwork before I left that night. I asked her if there would be a penalty if I changed my mind. She responded by telling me "no, we will tear it up, as of it never happened. No big deal." When I got home, I sent her a message letting her know that I was unsure about it and thought I should look at some more options. That's when she informed me that I would need to pay a $200 recertification fee. She lied to me to get me to sign. I wouldn't have to pay it though if I picked a different car, so I went back the next day to look at different cars. Mary and Brittany both showed me other cars, but were pushing the original vw Atlas the whole time. I ended up backing out of buying not just the Atlas, but out of any car at that time because I was grieving my dad. I wasn't emotionally stable or in a state of mind to be making a large purchase. I also requested the possibility of not having to pay the $200. I then received a call from the manager (I think Brandon) who was trying to "be sympathetic" by comparing the death of my dad to his parents getting divorced. He also told me that he handled that grief by giving himself a few days and then moved forward. And asked me if I could do that for him. The whole experience was disgusting. I would say by their actions that they saw me as an easy sale, I was an emotional wreck. I would not have ever signed the paperwork had I not been blatantly lied to about a penalty. The "sympathetic" phone call from the manager was manipulative and unethical
