- JAJerry Apker4 days ago5.0Got a low air caution on one of my tires while on a trip to Colorado Springs. Pulled in to Brakes Plus to check it out. They saw me in the lot looking over my tires and they volunteered to give me air. In the process we found a screw in the tire. They pulled off my spare and put it on and sent me on my way to a place to get the tire repaired. Way to go great folks at Brakes Plus. Especially Dom!!!

- MFMatthew FreemanNov 15, 20255.0I was struggling to adjust the angle of my headlights so I don't blind people with these new LED's, unfortunately I could not figure out how to adjust them. Took my truck here and a friendly fella by the name of Dom took my truck, properly adjusted my headlights and checked my brake lights while he was at it. I asked what I owed and he said it was no charge! Very friendly people and although the wait time was a bit long, I will not hesitate to ask for their help again!
- TETasha ElliottNov 7, 20251.0I would be extremely careful coming to this location. I’ve been involved in a situation regarding a Ridgeline. Had repairs done that were explained as “crazy hard to fix, took multiple men to get parts dislodged”. They lost covers to hub caps, lost multiple bolts and had several bolts not properly secured. When my brother and I picked it up the first time, they claimed “it was safe and everything was ready to go”. Had an entire family in the car driving several hundreds of miles a week. After hearing loud noises that weren’t there before hand as well as a drop in vehicle performance, we brought it back- only for everyone working to be confused. An older employee (Dom I think) even expressed VOCAL and VISUAL concern at the work done to the car and the condition it was in after the first time in to this location. Told my brother “two bolts holding a tire on is sketchy stuff”- referring to the work his employees did on the car. After having the car for two entire days, they claim they don’t know what’s wrong or even what they did- no answers and no help. Out around $1209 for ABSOLUTELY nothing, to be back at square one. The service here isn’t good, mechanics aren’t good. No one communicates, no one shares info, no one takes the lead. Serious clowns working down here!! BE CAREFUL!!! I will state my family and I have been doing business with Brakes Plus for a combined length of around 30+ years, none of us have ever had an issue until now. ❗️❗️❗️THEY WILL LET YOUR FAMILY DRIVE A DEATHTRAP AND CLAIM NO FAULT❗️❗️❗️❗️❗️

He offered me a charger when my phone was low, and even brought over a supportive computer chair because I mentioned I had a bad back — that kind of thoughtfulness is rare. Mike also encouraged transparency, allowing me to walk around the vehicle and see things for myself when I asked. The quote I received was honest and fair — I've been overcharged at other shops for lower-quality brake work, so I really appreciated the integrity here. Exceptional service, professional team, and genuine care for customers. Mike deserves recognition and a promotion for going above and beyond. Highly recommend!m and Ill be coming back!
