  Got me in super late for an alignment and stayed late to make sure all my stuff was where it needed to be. The car fought back on the alignment rack and the guys were able to get everything straightened out and got me back onto the road. They stayed late for me and I appreciate Matt Jordan and Garrett for helping me out.

  Very poor service experience. My wife scheduled an alignment appointment for 5:00 p.m., made one day in advance. She even arrived early at 4:30 p.m., but they kept her waiting until almost 7:00 p.m. without touching the vehicle. In the end, all they told her was to come back the next day. We made the appointment precisely to avoid long waits and this kind of inconvenience. The lack of organization and respect for customers’ time is unacceptable. Definitely very poor service.

  This Brakes Plus took great care of me! I took my car in to get new brake pads recently! I remember working with Matt. He was very kind and honest. As a woman coming in alone, these are qualities I look for when getting my car worked on. It was very comforting and I felt I could trust his judgement! The work didn’t take long at all and the prices here are great! I absolutely recommend Brakes Plus for anyone that needs auto care!

  Garrett was honest and compassionate at the front desk. His customer service is impeccable! Went over my best options, printed both out for me and the estimate is good for 3 months! The management is awesome, all my experiences here have been in my favor. I exclusively come here first for any car issues party because of fair pricing and mainy because the work is excellent!! Done right, low cost and treated like they honestly care.

  DO NOT GO HERE ALONE AS A WOMAN! Quoted me one thing on my car. I was extremely specific that I knew what was wrong and only wanted front brake pads and 1 rotor. It's a beater car I drive to and from school that I'm trading in in under 4 months. Told them multiple times I was not interested in any upgrades at all and wanted just the bare bones what I asked for. Called me almost 2 hours later and suddenly my $200 quote is almost $600 and apparently every lugnut on my car needs replaced. Says they're swollen and can't get them off. I had all 4 wheels off my myself the day before inspecting the brakes myself. So I knew this was bull. When I told the tech that was false he replies "Oh so you can take a tire off but you can't change your own damn brakes?" Excuse me!? I had to send my husband in to talk to him and suddenly everything is fine and the lug nuts are fine. They try to scam women!!! Thank God I was raised by a mechanic and my husband is a machinist. Don't get scammed ladies!! I also don't appreciate the disrespectful comments. I will add the work on the brakes is solid but after this treatment I will never be back.
