- JJJamie S (JS)3 days ago1.0The store manager “looked up a part for me” Went to get it. Went home, wrong part. When I called I asked for the store manager, she said she was. Told her it was the wrong part and can someone help me. She literally said it’s the right part. Dont know what to tell you. I said can someone look it up and she said do you want to return it. I said no I want the right part and she said it is. It doesn’t fit. Went to a place and they said it’s the wrong part. That’s your store manager? She was rude and needs a new job. Someone else commented about her , what are you guys not getting it? Shea obviously a problem.

Showing her multiple lights on on my dash and shes telling me everything is fine. She at first offered me the equipment to go out to the car myself without even offering help. Really bad service and I was unlucky to get her to serve me. Giving 3 stars because the other guy came out to help me after i called in to the store, but he didnt seem too keen to help either. Will not return here.

- STShelly TroffAug 28, 20251.0Oof. The tatted chick at your counter is sending customers away with her snark. Just rude for no reason … and unhelpful. Tried to get a replacement windshield wiper. First thing out of her mouth: “I won’t put it on for you.” Okaaaaay. But I still need to buy one. Proceeded to be rude and unhelpful. I advised her customer service wasn’t her thing and left the store. Super bummed — this used to be our go-to brand — but we’re getting OUT of the Zone.
