His attitude changed when I showed him my VA card. He pretended that he didn’t know how to find my order for pickup, and after I told him about my confirm email, proceeded to tell me that I’m not in there. So I grab the battery off the pickup counter. “WHERE'D YOU FIND THAT?”. I tell him this isn’t normal and seeing him in a grey shirt, it felt embarrassing because I was doing his job for him… because he got mad at another customer outside. When the VA card came out, it was all “thir yeth thir” from there. This is my normal store so I look forward to his progression in learning how to work Autozone systems. But James, in my opinion, can and will do better somewhere other than Autozone. Thank You gotta go back and drop that core off.
