This is her daily driver for the past 30 years,. yes its old BUT its the car she has taken care of since she first purchased it. She went in looking for a new battery and the associate who looked at it said " haha I can sell you a battery but good luck finding someone who will put it in for you" she has been really sick and told him that she doesnt feel good & if he could just tell her where to have it done she would appreciate it " . and he said "I dont know, go home and ask your neighbors or something." How incompetent can you be? Its a battery, you can't help an old lady find out where to get a battery? Its pathetic that any "man" would treat an old woman this way. Boo you suck
