Solid customer service that’s too often hard to find anywhere these days. I’ll certainly be coming back to this location from now on.

Gave me the code reader and told me to do it myself because she couldn't figure out how to run it. They also could not warranty my battery. They didn't seem to care or know how. Its clearly a autozone battery, they couldn't bring up my battery warranty info. I could tell them what store I bought it at and when. But it was clearly over there head. They could not or would not just go off the battery date code. Made no effort to call the other store. Made a excuse that there manager would have to do it, but could not tell me when he would be in, they said he floats in and out. Nothing. They had no drive or direction. Just piss poor customer service. I am calling corporate to get my battery warranty. They also had a tough time looking up a oil filter for my truck. Apparently thats a tough one also. Sales person was checked out i guess. Where i come from these people would be fired. Maybe since it was on Sunday I got the Z team.
