- JLJer LOct 22, 20251.0Probably the worst car wash. I have been through so many Carwashes in town and this without doubt is probably the worst. Second time going through their equipment failed and tore a roof accessory right off that even curves downwards. This was a metal part. I have never had an issue with quick quack, freedom express, circle k, or super star carwash just to name a few. When I went in to discuss this with the attendant, I was told to wait and he would go to retrieve my broken parts. I could see several broken pieces from other vehicles scattered throughout the wash bay. When he came back he believed he was handing me my broken part but I noticed it had Toyota stamped on it and look like it was to a driver side mirror. The attendant had stated that their retractor sensor had been failing recently and no one has came to fix it yet. It doesn’t matter what you cover and what you don’t. The fact is customers come to you to hopefully take care of their vehicle and your locations tear up their vehicle instead. I had turn in a claim and received no response. Not even a denial! The wash always feels like something bad is going to happen a little after halfway when going through. If you like this place you must be gullible or blind. And yes it misses so much. The other reviews showing everything it misses are accurate.

The team members were unable to find my account due to us coming from out of state. They did give us a free wash which was great but I still need my account located to renew my sticker..
