- LRliz ramirezJul 1, 20241.0Very unprofessional. I received a 60.99 ticket because it states I didn’t pay a 0.99 parking fee. First off there is not even a sign that states you have to pay a parking fee, if there was one I would’ve done it in that instant. Secondly. I NEVER received a notice stating I owed 0.99. The parking violation states I am receiving this 60.99 ticket because i didn’t pay the 0.99 fee. I’ve tried to dispute this, and the email they provided on the parking ticket is non existent. It states on my ticket that I cannot dispute as well. Besides that I was there in the PM and my ticket is stating I was there in the AM. Most speeding tickets aren’t even this outrageous. 60.99 for a “0.99” parking fee is ridiculous. This is what you call a thief.

Why in the hell would I park there again over a month later if I knew I was going to get a $60 fee tacked onto a .99 parking fee for a couple of hours? No initial letter was sent or received. No reminder of payment due or anything. Tried to dispute it on their website but it just continuously loads. Called the Castle Rock location and nobody there to answer. Ridiculous to say the least. $120 in additional "fines" for a .99 parking fee.
