  This is a bait and switch place. I purchased a Groupon oil change special for $50 and went to redeem it few months back. They told me that they do not perform groupon oil change specials on the weekends. I checked the coupon, it does not say it on the coupon itself. You need to look by clicking on details it is hidden in there Well, I needed the service, so I paid their regular price around $130. Of course, soon after I was advised that my car needed a number of things to be replaced, and they encouraged that I should do it. I do not remember the amount but it was quite of bit. I said no. I couldn't use the coupon, so now I had an extra oil change service that I needed to do before December 25th. That was the day the coupon expired. I believe, I went there on December 19th, I took the day off from work, when arrived there he said that they only do groupon oil changes before 1200. It was 1215, I was not happy. After explaining that I have already been there few months earlier to redeem the same coupon and I was taking the day off, he agree to do it. By the way, the two times I was there at this place it was almost empty. There was me and another customer. Anyways, they found many extra things that I needed to be replaced in the car, so I told him not to worry about it. Just oil change. I will take care of the extra stuff later. He did not seem to be too happy. Then he said, I need to charge extra because you car needs an extra quart. $ 34 was added to my groupon bill. I said, ok I guess I have no choice. So they did the oil, of course, all of this experience was not great for me, but I did not write a bad review. However, what I've found out a couple of days ago at the tire shop when I was getting new tires, before they started to work on my car, I was told that there is one lock nut missing and another one stripped. I said hell no, I am writing a review of this place. This Plaza Auto Care rotated the tires the date of the oil change and no one else has touched my car since that day. So now, was that done on purpose? I had to pay extra money to fix this problem to someone else. Horrible experience with this people. I will never go back!

  Came in to get an oil change and got other things done that I needed. I really like this place because they tell you what you need and they give you prices.

  I come here for every oil change and maintenance service. This place is always courteous and upfront with my maintenance needs. I'd highly recommend any auto needs to come check out the good people at Plaza Auto Care Center.

  Please do not go here they performed a botched tune up and mislead me in Feb 2025. when I asked what they did to my vehicle they Mislead me and were very condescending dismissive and rude. When I tried to sue they have their business registered under a false agent, please stay far far away. I ended up having to get a brand new vehicle and the vehicle I had was brand new. Walked in for a tune up walked away needing an engine replacement. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE
