  *respond to Owner* Oh, I've reported this issue several times, the Reps do not care. And only a few will "put in a ticket to have a technician sent out". Over 8 months later still nothing done, they won't even have an "error" or "out of order" sign so people don't waste their time. For over 8 months, I've asked to escalate the issue I've just finally talked to a manager yesterday. Still no eta or any indicationon if this will be fixed. But based on previous reviews, it will not be fixed, so I'm canceling my account & switching****** It's a hit or a miss. Usually Lorena works. Charger named Madonna does not charge more than 25 min after calling a Rep to remotely fix the issue. Heck, I just tried charging without calling & it charged for 1 min. This has been an issue for months, Reps keep stating that a ticket has been issued for a technician but nothing has been fixed. They won't even put up an error screen to let people know this charger is broken.

  Both chargers for ChadeMo and CCS are working, level 2 is not operational. Located next to the nail salon.

  Charge all day or night. Fast charger also 2 tesla type chargers and one trickle charger.
