When I returned, the manager informed me that this system does not exist. I did not receive the credit, and there was no apology or attempt at resolution. Very disappointing experience.

This guy literally saw that I was stressed, listened to me and even though it was a little bit late for the battery change, he still did it for me! We even had a good conversation through the process. Can't say enough good things about him. I definitely recommend Mathew!
