- ACAndy CervantesDec 17, 20251.0I purchased my trailer from this place in August/2025. My truck has no way of indicating any problems with the trailer as its a 2005 Ford excursion. Drove off of the lot and for our first camping trip with in a week or 2 of purchase I rented a haul truck that indicated trailer braking system needing imidiate attention. I called them immediately of finding this out and they gave me the run arounds. I demanded to speak to anyone that would help. Mark (sales manager) would tell me that Renato (service manager) would help me and that Jake (service worker) would help me. After not being helped I seeked help elsewhere but everyone else had a wait time of a month or 2 to even inspect the brakes let alone work on them. I asked for a service order and they did not provide. La Mirada Camping World wouldn't help me file this complain. Finally Riverside took my trailer and they have had it for close to a month now. Stating thst this problem does not occur with in the 3 or 4 months you have had it. This was a problem before you purchased Steven service worker stated. Do not purchase anything here without demanding a service order. Now I am stuck with a $1,200.00 break service job.

- RGRichard GengSep 28, 20254.0I was in the area for only a couple of weeks and bought a travel trailer from Camping World Temecula. The sales staff, especially Brian Critton, was accommodating and quickly jumped into action when my plan to tow my newly purchased trailer back home fell apart. An independent tow was organized and I received the trailer shortly after. There was some of the usual sales pressure to buy additional equipment, services, extended warranty, etc. There was also some contention over needing insurance for a fully paid trailer. In the end it all worked out and I like the trailer. Special thanks to Evelyn Maldonado, who was a pleasure to work with and a great help in finalizing the purchase.
