  I had a really great experience with this dealership. Big shout‑out to David Picazo — he was polite, respectful, and just really easy to talk to. There was never any pressure, which made the whole process feel calm and straightforward. Working out the price for the car I bought and the value of my trade‑in was surprisingly smooth and fair, with no games or surprises. The whole team was transparent and easygoing from start to finish. Definitely recommend.

  Had a motor replaced with them. They are pretty punctual with providing updates. Since it was through our ins they had to deal with a bunch of hoops to jump through but they got it done.

  Had a fantastic experience today leasing a Cadillac Optiq from Mataga Cadillac. I made them an offer and once they confirmed they were okay with the deal, I made the drive down to Stockton and everything was extremely efficient, smooth, and friendly. David, Rodney, Sharil, and Gabriel did a great job. There was a brief snafu when they accidentally put my contract down as 24/10k miles for my requested price rather than 24/12k miles, and I was worried they would try to go back on the deal we made and try to ask me to pay more, but their team discussed and was able to get me back to the requested deal that we had in writing which was a big relief. Overall, excellent service from the team and I would highly recommend them if you are interested in picking up a Cadillac!
