  While exiting the parking lot at the Sonoma County Airport we encountered an arrogant, disrespectful, entitled employee, JAUNITA. The ticket machine had been down and Juanita was called to assist. While we were approaching to exit, she slammed her hand on the hood of my car, yelling STOP STOP STOP… where I had barely moved an inch. She then continued to scream at me and my family with a condescending tone telling us how she wasn’t going to let us go because we didn’t give her the ticket. I told her why she was yelling at me, and she said because I was about to run through the gate… also not true. I gave her the ticket, and told her to do her job in assisting rather than arguing. She remained screaming at me saying she wasn’t going to get the gate to open for me anymore and if I wanted to exit I had to call the cops??? She then took off with my ticket I had already paid for, and sped off in her scooter… We ended up grabbing a different employee stating to them the situation and they immediately apologized for her behavior as it appeared Jaunita has this reputation. While the other employee was helping us exit, Jaunita comes back in her scooter laughing, admitting that she indeed did take our ticket and sped off in her scooter. The other employee who witnessed this, then informed us of her name as she did not respond to us asking for her name. Juanita took pride in making it difficult for us to exit the parking lot, and changed the demeanor of what was suppose to be a happy time reuniting with family. She is unprofessional, and as someone who works in human services she could use some deescalation training, and practice her anger management… maybe even possibly a different job that doesn’t involve her having too much authority when interacting with people…
