I have never been so confused trying to park my car in a garage before. On the bright side the plate recognition system works well if you prebook your parking spot online.
- LMLindsay MooneyApr 18, 20211.0Review about the parking lot in particular.... DO NOT RECOMMEND. Horrible customer service. I just left your parking facility and had issues with my credit card not swiping appropriately. Rather than any individual coming out to assist, I was told to change lanes, try a different machine as other cars piled behind me. And it was insisted I MUST have a different credit card- sorry I am a solo traveler with one credit card. Unacceptable. Not once did any human come to assist. It was 15+ minutes of this absurd interaction with intercoms. Clearly there was a person who could have come and assisted. Instead, I was yelled at via an intercom which I could barely understand secondary to the poor speaker. Notably, I just used this same credit card at the airport in Phoenix as well as here in San Jose using the "tap to pay" feature- this was tried as well at your pay station with both the card and then the phone. Then, the ticket was unable to be read ("unable to process ticket") The best part- the grand total of the parking was $72. That is nothing to your parking garage. Why cause 15+ minutes of undue and unnecessary stress to individuals who frequent your parking garage due to necessary travel? I would rather pay the people down the street over a $100 for the same time in their lot- at least they understand customer service on any level. P.s. three lanes later I finally got one machine to work. Not the actually employees of the parking garage who never actually showed up to help.
