  This was my first time buying a new car, so I was a little excited and nervous. A friend introduced me to Nina at the dealership, and she was amazing. She’s super friendly, warm, and easy to talk to. She took the time to walk me through the cars I was interested in and answered all my questions patiently. I really appreciated her help and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Thank you, Nina! ：）

  Literally the worst customer experience I’ve ever had servicing a car. They only got two stars because the guy that checked me and was so nice, I had an appointment at nine. I arrived at 8:30 for a scheduled oil change. I asked them to also check my tires which was part of the A1 service. After 2 1/2 hours they were just starting to look at my car Ray, who checked me in said that I would get a discount since I waited so long. When I went to check out with the cashier, he was incredibly rude. My car was down. It was sitting there. He made me wait for 10 minutes while he plugged things into his computer to check me out. And I did not get a discount although I had told him that Ray had told me it would be discounted. He said that’s the price. Don’t come here ever. I moved from Mission Valley to La Jolla. And this is the closest but I will now be driving back to Mission Valley, DCH honda, who has a way better customer service this place is a joke

  John at pacific Honda was great service man. Took good care of me in regards to my vehicle. Excellent service guy. Very friendly and kind. He really cares about his customers. He checked in on me after the work was done a day later. Very honest and straight shooter. He is your guy if you go to pacific Honda for service. They made sure I got home safe and worked fast on servicing my car. Then had me picked up to retrieve my vehicle in a timely manner. Honda pacific service care is very good at what they do. Strongly recommend them. Mike was the shuttle guy and he is also great, friendly and knowledgeable. Makes the ride home pleasant.

  I had an amazing experience at this dealership thanks to my salesman, Alan V. From the moment I walked in, he listened to exactly what I needed and helped me get into the perfect car without any pressure or hassle. What stood out the most was how respectful he was of my time — I had a tight schedule because I needed to get to work, and he made sure the entire process was smooth, efficient, and stress-free. The paperwork, test drive, and final steps were handled quickly and professionally, and I was in and out of the dealership exactly within the time I had available. I truly appreciated his honesty, communication, and dedication to making this purchase easy for me. If you're looking for someone who will work with your schedule and actually cares about helping you drive away happy, I highly recommend Alan and this dealership. I couldn’t be more satisfied with my new car and the service I received! I can’t post this review without mentioning Marcus at Pacific Honda used dealership also! He’s the one that got me in the door in the first place. Two of the best sales guys I’ve had experiences with at a used car dealership ever, hands-down. Amazing job guys! Thank you 🙏🏼

  This review is two-fold and not great both times. I made an appointment for a recall repair and was promised a loaner car. After arriving at 7am I was told there was no loaner car and instead they’d pay for a rental from a local Enterprise that wouldn’t be open for an hour. I had no choice but to wait and ended up late for work. Later that afternoon after the work was complete the tech told me he’d wait a couple minutes since my commute from work would have me arrive at exactly 6:30p which is their closing time. I called when I was on my way to confirm and they refused to answer, instead requesting I text them. My immediate subsequent texts went unanswered. When arriving at 6:32 the facility was completely dark and the janitors said everyone was long gone. So I had to come back again in the morning wasting more time and gas and making me late for work for a second day in a row. I get closing time means closing. But don’t make empty promises to your customers. If you can’t promise a loaner or stay late to help me out, tell me instead of wasting my time and effort. Totally a major letdown at this location.
