- DFDaniella FrostDec 5, 20251.0I had a horrible experience with this company. I went in because my abs traction and brake lights came on. They said it was the wheel bearings so I got them replaced at $1700 which was crazy. I had to keep calling them to check on my car they kept promising me it would be done on the same day and it was not. Then I went to pick the car up and they said I needed an abs module and have it programmed. Now all my dashboard lights are on and the speedometer doesn’t work which has made it in my opinion unsafe to drive. They said I would have to pay for the part and programming at an addition charge. They still have not called me and it has been over 3 days. I will never go to this company again for anything. Very unprofessional and overpricing is ridiculous.

- BDBrandon DarlingJan 9, 20241.0Went in for a smog check, tried to upsell me saying they had to fix my coolant before it could be smog checked. I changed the coolant 15k miles ago, drive the car daily (including a recent two hour drive) and have no problems with overheating. Go somewhere honest.
- AHAlan HolsappleJul 7, 20171.0Eric took $180 to diagnose my my '95 jeep wrangler and said I needed a new head gasket in order to pass smog. He wanted $1700, so I spent 5 hours and did it myself and brought it back in to test. He then said that I needed to replace the radiator in order to pass smog, I said what? How does the radiator have anything to do with the smog? he said that it was old and would not run the test without a new radiator. I asked him to give me a price to replace the radiator and he said that he would not do it. So I put a new radiator in and brought it back for the smog test. I had to drop off the vehicle multiple times because he said that his machine was not functioning. Finally he ran the test and said that the 15 mi/hr emissions were too high. He refused to make any diagnonis or work on the vehicle any further citing the fact that I worked on the vehicle and that he couldn't warranty the work. He charged me $70 for the test. Now I have to start over and find a shop to diagnose and repair, which is a big problem according to state regulations. This guy and this place are crooks, and are abusing the state smog laws to ripoff the public. The original mechanics that recommended them said that they also have had similar problems with this guy and no longer recommend him.
